Yes! If the gear is available, you can extend your rental. Contact us at least 24 hours before your rental period ends to arrange an extension. Additional rental fees will apply.

If the equipment is damaged, notify us immediately. You will be responsible for repair costs or replacement as outlined in our rental agreement. Optional damage waivers may be available at checkout for added peace of mind.

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services within select areas for an additional fee. Enter your address during checkout to check availability and pricing.

Absolutely. We encourage early reservations, especially during peak seasons or for in-demand equipment. Advance bookings ensure the gear you need is available for your project.

Yes, a refundable deposit may be required for certain items. This will be specified during checkout and returned upon the safe return of the equipment, minus any applicable fees.

If your desired equipment is out of stock, we’ll notify you and suggest similar items. You can also request to be added to a waitlist for the unavailable gear.
